Terms of Service

ProviMotion is an AI promo video studio. It researches your product, suggests video concepts and produces a finished promo video (MP4) that you can download. Features may change as we improve the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@provimotion.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Work in ProviMotion is paid for with credits. The price of each step is shown before you start it.
• New accounts receive 500 free welcome credits. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Credit packages are paid through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.

If a video production fails, we never deliver a partial video. The credits used for that production are automatically returned to your account, and you can try again.

Purchased credits that have been used are not refundable. If you believe something went wrong with a purchase, contact support@provimotion.com and we will look into it. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.

You keep all rights to the content you provide, such as product information, images and logos. You give us permission to use that content only to provide the service to you.

Videos created for you are yours to use commercially, including on websites, social media and in advertising.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload or link to, including trademarks, logos and images.

• Do not create content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or violent.
• Do not impersonate people or create deceptive deepfakes.
• Do not promote products or services you have no right to market.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Videos are made with artificial intelligence. We check claims and quality, but AI output can still contain mistakes. Please review every video before publishing it; you are responsible for how you use it.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ProviMotion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or interruptions caused by third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using ProviMotion and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use ProviMotion after a change means you accept the updated terms.
