ProviMotion ("we", "us") operates the AI promo video studio at provimotion.com and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@provimotion.com.

• Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Content you provide: product links, product descriptions, uploaded images, screenshots and logos, plus concepts, scripts and videos created for you.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and the package bought, but never your full card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information and sign-up events collected through Google Analytics.

• To provide the service: analyse your product, write concepts and produce your video.
• To manage your account, credits, purchases and refunds.
• To send account emails such as password resets.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

To create your video, the content you provide is sent to trusted providers that generate text, images, video footage, voice-overs and the final edit. These providers only process your content to deliver the service to you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not publish your products or videos without your permission.

Other providers we use include our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for traffic statistics.

We use essential storage to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, though you may need to sign in again.

We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a product, a video or your account, the related content is removed from our systems, except where we must keep records (for example payment records) by law.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@provimotion.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections, access controls and secure infrastructure to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We may update this policy from time to time. Important changes will be announced on the site, and the date above will always show the latest version.
